My initial interations with this company were great - easy to use online, item was priced right and they even advise you they plant a tree for placing an order - so all round a good company...thats where it ends.
They use GLS as their courier company yet take no responabilty for issues you face with GLS afterwards (You are not given an option who delivers your order). I contacted them a number fo times over 23 days as their website guarantees delivery within 3-5 working days - even with COVID 19 it should not have taken 23 days.
I became so furstrated that I then spoke to an agent online and advised I wanted to make a complaint, they said I had to email warranty-at-dancover.com or appeal-at-dancover.com yet I heard nothing. Only received 2 out of 3 parcels so still waiting on poles to be delivered.
Advised the agent I wanted to return the part order and they confirmed I would have to pay for the parcels to be shipped back and not expect a reimbursement of my costs - despite only getting part of the order. Very weird returns policy too - looks like they deduct for the slightest thing!
Be warned....pay that bit extra and shop local!
Customer service is very poor. Two of our parcels went missing we emailed and was promised a reply in 24 hours. Still waiting

The 7m2 metal shed is a bit fragile, the doors are particulary fragile, and top of roof needs to be sealed to avoyd water entry whith strong windy rain.
But it has a good quality for the price, so in general way i'm satisfyed. It took about 1,5 days/ 2 persons to get properly mounted.
Excellent purchase really pleased with my Osiris gazebo - but worried that it won’t withstand any weather but superb service and delivery from dancover - was worried to read some people had had problems but none for me packaging superb.

The instructions for the greenhouse must have been drawn by a 5 year old and some of the holes for the angle brackets are in the wrong places so my husband had to drill new ones, it's lovely when erected but must have clearer drawings and instructions!!!!
I love the car cover telt, but they really lack when it comes to customer service.
Talked to Dorte, she should send me info, but she sends me an order to confirm and pay and it had shipping which I said I would pick up. She then said they did not have an underlay for that telt, which they did so I gave her the part nr.
I decided to order 10 days later and wanted to talk to somebody else, the online chat is a computer first then a real person after 2 messages. The person was supposed to call me back, but it took over a day before she called me. Then to pick up the telt, was told to drive to lager , but telt was divide up in 2 locations.
Lager folt are good and understanding, but the office people, gezzzz give me a break.
Great service and very good gazebo which is simply to be installed. Thank you to sales team specially to Alma. X
I ordered a tunnelväxthus on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday, with the standard postage! Extremely fast.
Some tape was missing from the order but that arrived very quickly after I contacted them. So far very happy

On-line ordering excellent. Despatched same day. Great response to my "chat line" enquiry. 1st box of 4 arrived after 2 working days. The other three boxes took two more days. The only problem was that one box was damaged (a hole in one end) and a metal leg was missing. Fortunately we had some spare metal tube the right diameter so we are fine.
Easy to erect, great quality and a very good looking marquee. We are delighted with the purchase.
